Travel Card Policy
The Travel Card Policy formalizes and expands on current Travel Card guidelines and outlines requirements for card eligibility, use, and reconciliation.
Overview of the Policy:
• This Policy outlines the requirements and procedures for receiving a Travel Card and defines cardholder and approver responsibilities. Travel Cards are issued to eligible employees to pay for his/her own travel expenses.
• This Policy details allowable and unallowable transactions on the Travel Card.
• This Policy describes instances of card misuse and consequences of such, including card suspension, cancellation, and escalation.
