The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is a federal law originally known as the Campus Security Act. Reports must be forwarded by “Responsible Employees” to the Title IX Coordinator, and the report must include the names of those involved when known.

Timely warnings may be disseminated to communicate Clery crimes and safety tips to the community for situations that may present an ongoing threat.
