Enrolled Minor
Baylor University is committed to creating a caring community for all members of the Baylor Family. The University is eager to provide the support and encouragement students need to reach their potential and make their Baylor experience one to remember. Enrolled students who are under 18 years of age have access to all University resources and programs designed to help students adjust to and make the most of college life. There are some instances where special consideration may be given to enrolled minors and their parents. Additionally, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) applies to enrolled minors and requires signed consent from the student in order to release information from a student’s education record. Refer to the Enrolled Minor Resource tab to learn how this may apply to your family.
