Roles and Requirements

Below are requirements for Departments or individuals who will be having direct contact with minor participants as part of a registered youth program or camp that may occur on or off campus.

Role	Training & Background Check
Authorized Adult	unsupervised access to minor participants ex. supervises 1-10 campers Every two years Identifying SXAB and Misconduct Course Background Check
Program Staff	supervised access only to minor participants ex. assist with supervision of campers Every two years Shine A Light Course Background Check
Program Director	Individual with program oversight Requirements: Every two years Hiring Staff who work with Minors Course Identifying SXAB and Misconduct Course
Office Staff	Individuals who assist with administrative functions only Requirements: None
