Baylor Youth Programs
Youth Programs are programs approved and operated by the University or third party's where minor participants are under the supervision of the university or its representatives.
Youth programs covered under this policy include, but are not limited to arte academic programs, instructional programs, camps, clinics, workshops, campus visits, conferences, community service, off-campus outreach, official athletic visits, and other similar activities occurring on or off-campus.General events open to the public where parents would be expected be responsible for their child, would not fall within the scope of the policy. Please reference the Youth Program Roles and Requirements regarding expectations to be cleared to work in a registered youth program, activity or camp.
Dean or Department Heads must provide prior approval for the operation of all Youth Programs.
