PCI Policy

The PCI Policy sets forth the responsibilities of Baylor University (“Baylor”) employees, departments, and Payment Card Oversight Committee in their roles related to the proper and confidential handling of credit card information on behalf of Baylor.

This policy updates the University’s previous PCI Policy.

Overview of Revised Policy:

• Placed into new format

• Updated to remove credit card processing procedures and instead make reference to the procedures detailed on Baylor’s PCI website

• Updates contacts information

• Removes references to Baylor’s PCI network that has been replaced by third party processing systems
