Art and Collections Policy
The Art & Collections Policy formalizes and expands on existing University practices regarding the care and use of art and collections owned by Baylor.
Overview of the Policy:
• This policy provides guidelines to assure consistency, quality, and long-term care of artwork, artifacts, documents, and other collections of the University.
• The policy formalizes the procedures for acceptance of collection items, the care of collection items, insurance requirements, and process for disposal of collection items.
• The policy establishes requirements for use of loan agreements to document internal, between University departments, or external, between Baylor and another organization, loans of collection items.
