Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy
Baylor University has revised its Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy to ensure compliance with recent court rulings and expressed intent from the Department of Education. The policy was approved by the Board of Regents and adopted on 9.15.21. This policy eliminates the rule requiring that a party or witness be available for cross-examination at the hearing in order to have their statement considered as evidence and updates definitions for certain sexual offenses as required by the Federal Regulations.
