Retirement Benefits Policy
The Retirement Benefits policy provides certain fringe benefits to retirees according to eligibility and retirement classification.
Overview of Revised Policy:
• This policy is being put into the new policy format.
• This update is combining the current Retiree II and Retiree IV into one Honorary Retiree classification. The Retiree II and IV offer the same retiree benefits and this change aligns with the retiree classifications in IGNITE which are Grandfathered Retiree I, Retiree I and Honorary Retiree.
• This update removed the Retiree III classification as there are no retiree benefits offered under this classification.
