Driving on Behalf of Baylor
To drive a rental car or university owned vehicle on behalf of Baylor you must complete the authorization form, consent form, and all required trainings. Forms must be signed with a "wet" ink signature and faxed or delivered to the contact information provided on the form.
Driver renewal will occur every three years unless an authorized driver's license expires prior to the three year renewal date.
