Alternate Work Location Policy
The Alternate Work Location Policy provides designated Baylor University employees with the opportunity to perform their work at a location other than on Campus.
Overview of the Policy:
• The policy provides two forms of alternate work: 1. Telework - work that is temporarily or occasionally performed at a location other than Campus when Campus is the Regularly Assigned Place of Employment; and 2. Remote Work - work performed off-campus when the off-Campus location is the Regularly Assigned Place of Employment.
• The policy lays out guidelines and procedures for an alternate work location.
• The policy provides the approval process for an alternate work location.
• The policy discusses eligibility criteria and work expectations for employees working from an alternate work location.
