Off-Cycle Payroll Policy
The Off-Cycle Payroll Policy allows for processing of payroll payments to employees outside of normal payroll dates when circumstances beyond the employee’s control prohibit payment as scheduled or as otherwise required by law.
Overview of Policy Changes:
- The policy has been updated to include examples of acceptable off-cycle payroll payments and examples where off-cycle payroll payment requests would not be accepted.
- The process for requesting off-cycle payment has been updated.
- The distribution section has been updated to reflect current practices.
