Spouse and Children Tuition Remission Policy

The Spouse and Children Tuition Remission program provides tuition assistance to a spouse and child of eligible faculty and staff who are pursuing a degree at Baylor University.

Overview of Policy Changes:

• The policy is being updated in the new policy format.

• Clarifying what programs are eligible for tuition remission and programs that are not eligible.  Language added that speaks to graduate online, graduate hybrid and 4+1 programs.

• Added language that speaks to administrative items located in the Other Details on Tuition Remission Benefit section.

• Added language that details steps needed to be taken by employee to take advantage of the tuition remission benefit.
