Export Compliance Policy

The Export Compliance Policy establishes the University’s compliance with federal regulations concerning exports.

 Updates of the policy include:

·         The policy was updated to specifically address export compliance.

·         The policy was updated to include language on consequences for not complying with export control regulations.

·         The policy was updated to include numerous definitions.

·         The policy was updated to include the authority of the Empowered Official as the signatory official and deciding official for export compliance as required by regulation.

·         The policy was updated to state that business and/or other activities with restricted entities is not allowed.
