Baylor University continues to value robust reporting and response practices. The policy will continue to require all University employees to report alleged misconduct (with the exception of those deemed Confidential employees) regardless of where or when the alleged misconduct occurs.
The office with oversight of this policy has been renamed the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office (formerly the Title IX Office).
