FERPA Policy

The FERPA Policy has been updated. Revisions to the FERPA Policy include:

The Department of Education’s address has been updated.

The revised policy discusses FERPA releases and states that a release does not compel the University to disclose records to the identified party.

The revised policy removes an outdated listing of offices in which student records are maintained.
